Apart from it being an overall relaxing experience, where I felt an energy block release and return to flow, I also loved the post session info about what causes energy blocks and how to best take care of self so as to stay in flow state.

I am new to the world of spinal energetics and wasn't sure what to expect. However, I know some things were opened up inside of me.
